Crab Gravy
How to clean
To clean the crab, first remove unwanted things which is orange flesh like...
Then wash it thoroughly with turmeric and salt mix which I usually follow whenever I used to cook non-vegetarian dishes

Ingredients:
Crab - 1/2 kg
Big onion - 2 nos
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Grated coconout - 2 tbsp
chillie powder - 1tbsp
coriander/dhania powder - 3tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
pepper powder - 2 tsp
poppy seeds/kasakasa - 1tsp
cashews - 1 tbsp
salt &oil as required

Tomato - 2 nos
Grated coconout - 2 tbsp
chillie powder - 1tbsp
coriander/dhania powder - 3tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
pepper powder - 2 tsp
poppy seeds/kasakasa - 1tsp
cashews - 1 tbsp
salt &oil as required
preparing coconut paste:
coconut + cashews + poppy seeds
Grind the above things altogether to make smooth paste

To cook
- Pour oil in a pan
- Fry onion till it become translucent
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste
- After the raw smell goes, add chopped tomatoes and fry it well till oil separates
- now add pre prepared coconut paste
- Pour some water to make it boil
- 5 minutes later add chillie, coriander, turmeric powder.
- Now put Crab on it, add salt to adjust the taste
- Let it boil for some more time...Turn the crab carefully as it is brittle so better to prefer big size kadai
- Boiled crab turns into reddish in colour and the flavour also start coming...
- now add pepper powder on partially cooked crab
- Pour oil in a pan

- Let it boil for some more time...Turn the crab carefully as it is brittle so better to prefer big size kadai
- Boiled crab turns into reddish in colour and the flavour also start coming...
- now add pepper powder on partially cooked crab
- Adjust water and keep it on low flame
- cover it with lid till becomes thick gravy like consistency
Finally Garnish with coriander leaves...
Now its ready to serve...
